Bayarmaa Ragchaa received a BSc degree in Television engineering from SICT, Mongolian University of Science and Technology, Mongolia, in 2005, and MSc degrees Wireless communication from SICT, MUST, Mongolia,in 2008. 8th PG course in Satellite communication, in 2011, SAC, Ahmedabad, India.
