Andrew earned a Doctor of Education degree in Applied Linguistics and TESOL from the University of Leicester, England. He was a lecturer in the Open University of Hong Kong and currently a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia, teaching language courses to undergraduates and supervising postgraduates at Masters and PhD level.
