The goal of this book is to do spectrum occupancy and wideband channel sounding using automated system. In this book, the automated systems developed using LabVIEW as a tool to control Spectrum analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), and Digital Sampling Oscilloscope (DSO) are discussed. Spectrum occupancy for CDMA, GSM, Wi-Fi, and DTV spectrum’s is investigated, followed by field strength measurements for DTV signal. Frequency domain and Time domain channel sounding are also performed and all results are shown.
