Ralf T. Kreutzer is a Professor of Marketing at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR, Germany) and a marketing and management consultant. He held various leadership positions at Bertelsmann, Volkswagen, and Deutsche Post for 15 years before becoming a marketing professor in 2005.
