The central question is how the theoretical concept of Intercultural Systemic Coaching can be described and which are its potential practical characteristics and consequences. Hence, this paper delivers theoretical fundamentals of systemic, culture and coaching theories, to combine them and thereby creating a fundamental understanding of the in practice of Intercultural Coaching relevant coaching modes. From the angle of constructivism Systemic Coaching is viewed as an approach, videlicet as a manner and mode of how Intercultural Coaching can be conducted. In contrast, Intercultural Coaching can be understood as the content that defines amongst others coaching topics and target group. That is to say Systemic Coaching is the context with Intercultural Coaching as its content. In conclusion, Mietusch devises a definition of the scientifically unnoticed phenomena Intercultural Systemic Coaching and drafts a model design of intercultural systemic contexts beneficial in its practice.
