The 19 revised full papers presented together with two invited papers were carefully reviewed and selected. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Mag. Andreas Schneider, Jg. 1974, verantwortet seit Jänner 2007 in der Wirtschaftskammer Österreich den Themenbereich Gesellschaftspolitik und Corporate Social Responsibility. Aufgrund seiner Erfahrungen im Normenwesen (ISO 26000, ONK 251) hat er auch den Bereich der Normungspolitik in der Wirtschaftskammer aufgebaut. Er ist seit 2007 im Vorstand der Unternehmerplattform respACT, sowie auch Jurymitglied des CSR-Preises TRIGOS und Beirat im Zentrum für humane Marktwirtschaft. Besonderer Fokus in seiner CSR-Tätigkeit sind die Klein- und Mittelunternehmen, sowie mittlerweile auch Einpersonenunternehmen. Er initiierte u.a. die Regionalisierung von CSR in der Reihe „Erfolg mit FAIRantwortung“ in bislang vier Bundesländern, das Buch „Werte leben. Mehr Wert schaffen“, das CSR-Online-Handbuch www.fairantwortung.at, sowie das vorliegende CSR-Standardwerk.Von 2004 bis 2006 war Schneider als Politik-, Wirtschafts- und Europaexperte im Kabinett von Außenministerin Ursula Plassnik tätig. Davor war er in der Europaabteilung der Wirtschaftskammer für die Themenbereiche EU-Erweiterung, EU-Lobbying und den COREPER zuständig.Dr. René Schmidpeter, Jg. 1974, studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Angewandte Europawissenschaften sowie Sozialethik und Gesellschaftspolitik in Deutschland, Großbritannien und den USA. Seit über zehn Jahren arbeitet und forscht er im Bereich „Gesellschaftliche Verantwortung von Unternehmen“. Er ist unter anderem wissenschaftlicher Leiter des Zentrums für humane Marktwirtschaft in Salzburg, Mitglied im Dr. Karl Kummer-Institut sowie im Austrian Chapter des Club of Rome. Darüber hinaus ist er als Redner, Dozent und Fachexperte für nationale und internationale CSR-Initiativen, wissenschaftliche Think-Tanks sowie renommierte Hochschulen im In- und Ausland tätig. Zuvor war er Project Manager im Programm „Gesellschaftliche Verantwortung von Unternehmen“ der Bertelsmann Stiftung in Gütersloh, Senior Advisor im Kabinett des österreichischen Sozialministeriums in Wien und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter der Katholischen Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
