The objective of this research work is to find out the gap between the training needs and training programmes conducted in the APSPDCL. The present book is a little endeavour in this direction.

K.Padmapriya obtained her M.Com. & Ph.D. degrees from svu. She has to her credit 07 articles & participated in 23 seminars.She is a academic consultant now. Dr.Narasaiah is working as professor in the Dept.of Commerce, sv university,Tirupati.he has to his credit 80 articles and participated in more than 100 seminars. He guided 9 Ph.D and 4 M.Phils
