"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights." As our world is constantly changing, nationalities, cultures and languages are mixing, I have found it important to discuss a topic that is dealing with multiculturalism in language teaching. It is not only the duty of parents to draw children''s attention to this fact but it is also the responsibility of teachers. Living together is not an easy task for people therefore, we have to learn it and we have to teach it as well. Maybe the acceptance of otherness and the development of tolerance is the most difficult problem to solve. That''s why I have chosen the sentence above, which is true and wise although, it is only theory and things rarely coincide with this in practice - we just have to look around in our world. I do not think that I am able to find a solution nevertheless, I am going to investigate and analyse some possibilities.
