Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

İnci BİLGİN TEKİN (PhD) is an Associate Professor at İstanbul Bilgi University. She is the author of Myths of Oppression (Ibidem, 2011; Columbia UP, 2012) and Female Othellos (Peter Lang, 2018); co-editor of “Environment and Fiction” and “(Non)Human Bodies” (Peter Lang, 2020 and 2022); and contributor of “Medea Across Cultures” in Medea’s Long Shadow in Postcolonial Context (Routledge, 2014). Her research focuses on Shakespeare, reception, mythology, and adaptation, and has appeared in various international journals.
