Prof. Dr. Carsten Held ist seit über 20 Jahren als Führungskraft in verschiedenen Rollen aktiv. Er vertritt das Thema Führung seit 2015 in Lehre sowie Forschung und folgte 2019 dem Ruf als Professor für Führung und Management der SRH in Heidelberg. Zusätzlich ist er als Berater für Firmen sowie als Coach für Führungskräfte aktiv. Speziell zum Thema Female Leadership leitet er mehrere Workshops pro Jahr - das entsprechende Format wurde von der Association of Leadership Educators (ALE) 2022 sogar mit einem Geldpreis prämiert. Zum gleichen Thema wurde er 2025 auf die Global Conference der International Leadership Association (ILA) als Sprecher eingeladen. Prof. Dr. Carsten Held has been active as a leader in various roles for over 20 years. Since 2015, he has been teaching and conducting research on leadership, and in 2019, he accepted a professorship in Leadership and Management at SRH University in Heidelberg. In addition, he works as a consultant for companies and as a coach for executives. Specifically on the topic of female leadership, he conducts several workshops each year―this format was even awarded a monetary prize by the Association of Leadership Educators (ALE) in 2022. In 2025, he was invited to speak on the same topic at the Global Conference of the International Leadership Association (ILA).
