Dr. Tobias Endress works as business consultant. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in digital project business and innovation management. His former roles include project manager, product owner and business analyst. He has completed a professional training for banking, graduated in Computer Science and Business Administration at VWA Frankfurt/Main, in Business Economics at Avans+ in Bereda (NL). He got a Master’s Degree in Leadership in Digital Communication at Berlin University of the Arts (UdK Berlin), as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham (UK). He is a fellow of the EuroMed Academy of Business.
I am a PMP and PRINCE2 certified project manager. In more than ten years of professional experience I have been managing multiple projects and programs in different industries, including banking, insurance, manufacturing and publishing. In my projects, I apply traditional as well as agile methodologies. I have a joint degree in Economics and Computer Science as well as a Doctorate in Information Systems from Technische Universität Darmstadt (DE).
Dr. Marc Nathmann ist Legal Counsel und Syndikusrechtsanwalt mit Schwerpunkt Bankenaufsicht und Zahlungsverkehr. Er ist nebenberuflicher Lehrbeauftragter und lehrt auf dem Gebiet des Öffentlichen Rechts, insbesondere Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht. Zuvor war er von 2013 bis 2014 Rechtsanwalt bei KPMG. Von 2017 bis 2019 promovierte er an der TU Chemnitz. Nach seinem Jurastudium an der Westfälischen Wilhelms Universität zu Münster folgte ein Ergänzungsstudium an der DHV Speyer sowie eine Zusatzausbildung im japanischen Recht an der Doshisha Law School, Kyoto. Er forscht zu Fragestellungen rund um die rechtlichen Implikationen von innovativen Geschäftsmodellen und veröffentlicht regelmäßig Fachaufsätze.
Dr. Bernd Thommes studied mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Coventry University, UK. Dr. Thommes wrote his diploma thesis at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India. He holds an MBA from the École des Ponts Business School, France, and a DBA from the University of Gloucestershire, UK. He worked in various technical positions in Germany, France, the USA and South Korea. Dr. Mr. Thommes has held various C-level executive positions in multinational corporations in the areas of metal production and processing, manufacturing and supply chain, automotive and parts manufacturing, additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy, as well as senior organizations in the US, UK, France, Belgium, India, Sweden and Germany.
Bea graduated as a product designer from the Pontificia Bolivariana University in Medellin, Colombia and got a master’s degree in Leadership in Digital Communication at the Berlin University of the Arts in Germany. She has about 15 years of professional experience playing different roles in software development like usability researcher, UI/UX designer, concepter, requirements engineer, and project & product manager, and has been working with quite diverse and international teams in the last years. She works as a product manager in software development for digital farming with a focus on sustainable products and teams.
