The literature review examines the direct influence of cultural intelligence, its moderating and mediating character, and the concept of cultural adjustment as well as the recently investigated predictors that are cultural effectiveness, prior expatriate experience, pre-departure training and support.The thesis attempts to create a comprehensive model that exhibits the relevant linkages and provides an overview over the role of cultural intelligence concerning employee's performance in international assignments.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Markus Giesecke wurde am 15. April 1979 in Regensburg geboren und ist seit 2011 als freiberuflicher Übersetzer und Dolmetscher für die Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch tätig. Für die englische Sprache ist er als Übersetzer vor dem Landgericht Regensburg öffentlich bestellt und allgemein vereidigt. Der Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit liegt auf der Übersetzung und Beglaubigung von Urkunden, Zeugnissen, rechtlichen Dokumenten, Gerichtsurteilen, Jahresabschlüssen etc.
