It typically cost more to maintain and service an application than the initial purchase price. The revenue growth potential of improving the speed and quality of service often overshadows the cost reduction opportunities. Therefore, the purpose of this research aims at combining inventive method and developing quick win strategy for solving the problem of service operations.
