¿ Shraddha Gawankar is an International Research Scholar at University of Richmond, USA and Fellow from (NITIE) Mumbai, working in the area of supply chain and operations management. ¿ Sachin S. Kamble is presently Associate Professor at (NITIE) Mumbai. Both authors have published several research articles in refereed international journals.
