Here's an update review of Dimedone chemistry and it's important as a starting stone to build up a large active nucleus with biologically important in the medical field. Qinazolines and Acridines with the modern multi-component synthesis methods. Biological Activities of various quinazolines, acridines and hydrazones. Molecular hybridization methods used to design biologically active non classical acridines, hydrazones and quinazolines. The plane of synthesis of a new series hexahydroquinazolinone was done by a new strategy which includes only two steps starting from simple synthons dimedone and 4-aminoacetophenone, and then multi-components reaction of the resulted enaminone with formalin and different substituted anilines to give the targeted quinazolinones through a few steps and excellent yields. and an intelligent method to synthesis of acridine and hdrazine by simple method with excellent yields.
