This book presents the extensive experimental research carried out on sustainability of electro discharge machining process. Conventionally EDM process uses hydrocarbon fluid as dielectric which creates air pollution as well as health challenges. It has been experimentally shown that EDM process can be made sustainable by using bio oil as dielectric without affecting the process capability in terms of material removal, tool wear and surface roughness.
