The fulfillment of workers satisfaction is very important, it does not only help to keep the cost of production low, but also helps to retain skilled manpower in such organization. The goal of the worker is to satisfy his personal needs. Needs which provide the motivating force for work, while the employer is to maximize profit through high productivity and to remain in business. This profit can only be achieved when the organization produces at the lowest minimum cost.
