Antonio Hernandez Conte, MD, MBA is an Attending Anesthesiologist and Associate Partner at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center Los Angeles, California, USA. 

Lorraine Lubin is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of  Congenital Cardiac Anesthesiology at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Los Angeles, California, USA.
