Dude's Gotta River Raft: (Dude Series Book 2): A French marmot, her funny mountain mates, and their crazy sports adventures! Kids 8-12 yrs. (French Marmot Dude Series) - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Magali the marmot was supposed to stay out of trouble.

Instead, she and her mountain friends discover a brand-new sport rushing through the French Alps: river rafting.

Now “The Dudes” are determined to become champion rafters — despite the small problem that none of them have ever rafted before.

Or swum.

As the animals sneak out at night to practise on the freezing mountain river, Magali finds herself swept into another chaotic adventure involving:

• midnight training sessions,
• dangerous rapids,
• a Saint Bernard puppy with terrible brakes,
• and one very arrogant wild boar who thinks he’s already the champion.

The only problem?

The river has a mind of its own.
