Ronald William Fordham Searle, CBE, RDI (1920Ð2011) was an English artist and satirical cartoonist, artist and illustrator, best remembered as the creator of St Trinian's School. In 1960 he moved to France and later married Monica Koenig, a painter, theatre and jewellery designer. Searle and his wife lived and worked in the mountains of Haute Provence. Monica died in July 2011 and Searle died on 30 December 2011, aged 91. Very good indeed. Very slightly rubbed front cover. Signedes. Artikel-Nr. C64245
