French Aircraft 1939-1942 Vol 2 (PLANES AND PILOTS) - Softcover

Thanks to this second volume, the integrality of France's combat aircraft (fighters, bombers and recce aircraft) in the early years of WWII is now offered to the international audience, including the lesser known types. Each type is featured with an historical text, period photographs and colour profiles.

Dominique Breffort, editor of the journal WingMasters, is a passionate historian with 30 years of knowledge on his subjects. Since the seventies, Andre Jouineau has dedicated himself to studies in history and uniforms. Regular contributor to various magazines, he was appointed official painter of the Army in 1985 (title kept until 1994). Then, in the mid-nineties, he tackled computer illustration, which allowed "creating" a new uniformology genus.
