Prof. Gilbert Benhayoun is Head of a research center (CEREFI) at the Faculty of Economics at Paul Cezanne University of Aix-Marseille III. His main fields of research are sustainable development, regional economy and research development, and economics in the Mediterranean Basin. Author of several books on the Mediterranean issue, he is also responsible for many training programs across the Mediterranean Basin and has created the Network Unimed-Forum. Prof. Raphael Bar-El is working at the Public Policy and Administration Department of the School of Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in lsrael. His main fields of research are applied economic policy, regional development and cooperation. He took part in the economic negotiations with Jordan and in projects regarding Th longterm prospects for economic collaboration with Th Palestinian Authority. Emmanuelle Moustier is Master of Lectures at the Faculty of Economics at Paul Cézanne University of Aix-Marseille III. She is also a member of CEREFI.
