Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Elhadj Malick Soumaré is a PhD Engineer in Civil Engineering, in Management Sciences and holds a Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in Project Management and Economic Regulation, a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration as well as an MBA in Management. He is currently working as a Global Lead Procurement Specialist based in Jeddah, at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).
