Anne Baldassari is curator at the Musée National Picasso in Paris. She is the author of numerous works and exhibition catalogs, including Bacon-Picasso (Flammarion/Réunion des Musées Nationaux, 2005), Picasso and Photography (Flammarion, 1997), and the blockbuster Matisse-Picasso (Tate Modern/Centre Pompidou/Museum of Modern Art, 2002).Additional texts from Werner Spies, Agnès de La Baumelle, Etienne-Alain Hubert (Sorbonne), Marie-Laure Bernadac (Louvre), and Philippe Buttner (Beyeler Foundation).
