Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Simone Schwarz-Bart est une écrivaine française qui vit à la Guadeloupe. Elle a publié des romans et du théâtre : Pluie et vent sur Télumée Miracle (Seuil, 1972 et "Points" no P39), Ti Jean L'Horizon (Seuil, 1979 et "Points" no P474) et Ton beau capitaine (Seuil, 1987).
Depuis la disparition de son mari, André Schwarz-Bart, en 2006, elle a repris et achevé le cycle des romans antillais commencés à quatre mains avec Un plat de porc aux bananes vertes (1964): La Mulâtresse Solitude, L’Ancêtre en Solitude et aujourd'hui Adieu Bogota, tous publiés au Seuil.
