With over 25 years' experience of interviewing in the private, public and charity sectors she works with clients all over the world through the 'magic' of Skype or FaceTIme and with all age groups from teenagers and University undergraduates right through to the over 60s. Dr Anita Pickerden was a lecturer in Further Education Colleges and Universities, designing and delivering high quality training programmes in Leadership and Management. She continues to teach in these areas, mainly in a work-based environment, for example on Executive Education programmes and managing Work Based Project modules on a Retail Management degree. Her PhD research shows that good work life balance can improve employee engagement and she works with associates to improve productivity and work performance through training; coaching and evaluation. Her company offers Work Life Balance and Resilience coaching programmes. Anita trained with the Centre for Coaching from 2004-2007, gaining qualifications in Coaching, Psychological Coaching, Coaching for Performance, Organisational Stress Management and Coaching for Health & Wellbeing. She also holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in NLP & Health from Central NLP. She has coached people in preparing for interviews since 2015, and helps individuals to get themselves 'work-ready' through an online support network called Work Horizons.
