Maria Soucek grew up in small-town Wisconsin. Having not much to do, she relied on imagination for entertainment by creating stories about everything around her. As a lover of fiction, she is drawn to works that inspire and keep her turning the pages. She's had many great literary advisers to guide her in life. Her favorite being a high school teacher by the name of Mrs. Volk. She currently resides in Colorado with her husband and two children, working to give hope to others by bringing her fantasies to life.
