Having been diagnosed with Crohn's disease when she was still a child, Alexa Federico has experience with Crohn's disease for more than 10 years from childhood through adulthood. She experimented with several types of medicine in order to find the disease management strategies that worked for her, and she continues to do so today. After seeing great results implementing diet and lifestyle changes, she earned her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification. Alexa works with her clients to reveal the connections between food and lifestyle choices and health.
