An intelligent woman's creative and descriptive poetry about finding her inner self, whilst being misunderstood in her own time. Do you ever ask yourself questions such as: is this it? Can I ever be good enough? Or even how do I recover from past trauma? In answer, it's not instantaneous. It's not going to be easy. It doesn't just get worse, because it has to get better at some point. This is my point if we sit all day writing about unanswered questions firing from our subconscious... Well, here is the produce of this. This week it's time to think there is always somebody worse off. There will always be connections between us and the outside world. Amidst being a social recluse, I found my willpower. I got up and I started forcing myself to become more included. I still have to travel a long distance, but I have already got so far. Chances are, as I am making an educated guess here, that you, or somebody close to you, is mentally unwell. It’s very common nowadays, or at least awareness is more prevalent. To educate those who are interested in the human psyche, psychology and interactions of how specifically we can delve into an example or a statistics, for arguments sake, and about taking time to reflect on how mental health services’ treatment is fast deteriorating due to high demands, job cuts and their high dependency on efficiency, due to a lack of resources, for ones lack of a better judgement... And as opposed to society accepting if somebody is mentally ill, we turn into outcasts. We could be belittled or misunderstood, even abused.
