Inhaltsangabe

Hilarious, hair-raising tales of American fox-hunters taking on the unpredictable Irishcountryside of counties Clare, Limerick and Galway.

Immerse yourself in the thrills, spills and calamities of a wild Irish foxhunting week. Read about the colourful cast of characters and the forbidding terrain they face, atop the trusty Irish hirelings. Laugh along with the survivors as they recoup in a handy pub, Durty Nellies, or the international fox-hunters mecca; The Dunraven Arms.

Don’t Trample the Dogs was self-published in its animated form in 1984 and became an instant hit. Selling over 8000 copies by mail order and in tack shops alone, it went through three successive reprints. Back by popular demand, this updated edition is now illustrated with never-before-seen photos taken while on these action-packed tours.
