Patricia Larkins Hicks, Ph.D. is championing a B.E.S.T. Movement, focused on bringing out the b.e.s.t. in people and organizations. This movement is fueled by her passion for assisting others in achieving their desired outcomes. Dr. Hicks has spent over thirty-years focused on defining, measuring, reporting, and analyzing outcomes. In 2008, she analyzed data from these organizations and their people, identifying four key characteristics that facilitate extraordinary results. These characteristics form the basic framework of the B.E.S.T.
