In February 2017 Brian Glenn celebrated twenty one years as a Hypnotherapy Training provider. It actually all started twenty five years ago, when Brian changed direction and became a clinical hypnotherapist sparked by an amazing insight inspired by his father whilst performing his hypnosis stage act on Blackpool Pier. Brian had recently been disabled by an industrial injury where my dominant right arm was and withering away. Brian's positive nature found a way to come to terms with his doctor's advice to amputate his arm, he was then actually looking forward to this in anticipation of being recognised as 'the one armed hypnotist' - He even had posters printed! Brian's father commented on the power of the mind after attending his stage show and inspired him to use the power of his mind to repair my paralysed right arm. An amazing light bulb moment. Brian then studied the works of Milton Erickson MD who on two separate occasions used the power of his mind to learn to walk again following paralysis caused by polio. The following twelve months was a turning point in his life as he used his skills to bring his arm back to around 95% recovery. Brian considered the industrial accident to be Karmic debt due to his rather aggressive and colourful teenage years, and spent time looking for a way to neutralise that debt. Then a few weeks later he woke in the earlier hours of the morning with an amazing inspirational and overwhelming message. It was in that moment that Brian made an agreement with himself which would eventually serve as his life's purpose whilst at the same time neutralise the Karmic debt he had accumulated as a teenager. This was his revelation. BRIAN'S LIFE'S PURPOSE: TO HELP ONE MILLION PEOPLE BEFORE I DIE... And so it began, Brian's life became meaningful, he abandoned stage hypnosis, attended a basic hypnotherapy training course and opened his first hypnotherapy clinic. Brian also enrolled on an 'A' level psychology course at my local college which eventually lead me to a degree in clinical psychology. Miracles started to happen right before his eyes. He was seeing clients on a daily basis after opening a complimentary Health Centre on Hessle Road Hull UK. Still not feeling like he was doing enough to achieve his Million, Brian decided to teach other people to do the work that he did creating a pyramid effect. This lead to the birth of his training company, Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis.
