The story is about a rogue CIA operation that skims money off payments made to corrupt leaders around the world. The leader of the CIA operation, Col. Brosnan, takes all of the money on a large payment and leaves the country. The other members are off to try and catch him to get their money back. Twists and turns take place when an unknown outsider is recruited to help the Col. fulfill his wishes. The story travels from the U.S. East Coast, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Caribbean Islands and back to the East Coast. Tie-ins and references are made to events happening today and the recent past.
