Inhaltsangabe

Every year my crazy family

Hides inside the Christmas tree

One warty little pickle

Made of plastic, colored green.

And on every Christmas morning

They hold a competition

To find that hidden pickle;

It's their holiday tradition ...

Full of wit and rhyme, goofiness and good cheer, this collection of merry, madcap poems by Paul McDowell will have the whole family chuckling and-just like the majestic Christmas pickle-will quickly become a silly, dilly holiday tradition.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Paul is his first name, McDowell his last. These works are inspired by holidays past. He concocted the first one a while ago, and each year the archives continue to grow. Some poems are silly, while some are quite short, and some are the wholesome and meaningful sort. He likes comfy sweaters and playing with letters and tending to different creative endeavors.
