Roland Woodward is a retired chartered forensic psychologist. He is dyslexic, which he regards as an enhancement. Living in the United Kingdom he has written poetry all his life and has now found time to join other poets in his local area and to consider publishing. This first short collection has been prompted by his battle with prostate cancer. Since being diagnosed in 2019 he has posted a regular blog for family and friends following the course of a life living with the disease in all its mundanity, crises and challenges. He hopes that there are more poetry collections will follow this small collection and that you find something of worth in this selection and those that may follow.
