Dr. Charles Cornish-Dale rose to prominence as the Raw Egg Nationalist on Twitter, offering radical nutritional advice and perspectives on the relationship between health and politics. He has hundreds of thousands of followers and is regularly cited as a major influence on senior figures in the Trump administration, including the Vice President. In the summer of 2022, he was the star of the Tucker Carlson documentary The End of Men alongside Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the new Secretary of Health and Human Services. An Oxford- and Cambridge-educated historian and anthropologist, Charles writes extensively on health, fitness, history, politics, and culture. He writes regularly for The Spectator, American Mind, and The Epoch Times, and is the author of the Raw Egg Nationalism Cookbook, The Eggs Benedict Option and, now, The Last Men: Liberalism and the Death of Masculinity.
