Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

SUE DYER, MBA, MIPI has helped more than 48,000 executive leaders to create high-trust business cultures over the past 35 years. She has been called the "godmother of partnering." Sue worked on over 4,000 projects worth over $180 billion to perfect her Partnering Approach model. She is the president of sudyco(TM) LLC, and the author of three other books, Partner Your Project, Working Together, and On-Time On-Budget. She lives in the San Francisco Bay area with her husband Bruce, and her grandson Noah. Her daughter Jennifer is disabled and loves reading and cooking. Her son Marc, and daughter-in-law Liz, are both physicians and are very active. They have two thriving sons, Owen and Kellen.
