Our focus is the often-invisible, seemingly intangible part of our being alive, which takes a degree of faith to understand and engage fully. I know from years of experience, study, and working with clients in readings and workshops that you will be most transformed by what you have seen and felt for yourself.

As spiritual trends sweep through social media, with its emphasis on instant gratification and attention-grabbing drama that can cloud divine truths, I have realized another crucial component in my work is to take a genuinely pragmatic approach. You may have already found that spiritual shortcuts with more flash (like dressed-up ceremonies, hallucination experiences, or cultural appropriations of others’ spiritual heritage) are pretty hard to sustain once you’re back in your own space and routine. Tuning to your natural spiritual awareness does not need to require a total life overhaul. Whatever your own path of seeking may lead you to try, I can promise the approach in this book will not require that you become someone new. Instead it aims to be of real value to the self you most naturally and deeply are already, with genuine, lasting empowerment.
