Lydia Rueger is a freelance journalist and editor, specializing in parenting topics. She has a child with ADHD with whom she shares many tendencies, which inspired her to write this book. diane gibbs is an award-winning graphic designer, owner of the design firm, little bird communications, and college graphic design professor. She's the creator of the video podcast, Design Recharge, in which she interviews creative industry leaders from around the world. In 2019, she was diagnosed with ADHD and sees this as one of her superpowers. She has been collaging and illustrating since 2014, and this is her first children's book. diane lives in Alabama with her husband and teaches at the University of South Alabama.
