Doc Spears is a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran--known as "Doc" since his first A-team--and the lead author of the bestselling Dark Operator military science fiction series, set in Jason Anspach and Nick Cole's Galaxy's Edge universe. He is also the author of the Warlord planetary-adventure series. His fiction draws on his own operational experience and ongoing work as a defense-industry consultant and trainer.
