April Rios was born and raised in Oklahoma. She never defined her life to become an Author of her memoir. She became a Christian in her early twenties and started her walk with God seriously when she turned thirty. It was then she learned how serious her relationship was with Jesus. Her life consists of serving the Lord. Giving herself in prayer and intercession. God was her strength while learning her life was less than perfect. Rios’ memoir, My Journal, is the author’s testimony of the life lessons she learned through her walk with God. This book is one woman’s journey with God detailing how He transformed her whole life. She became a woman who loves God, others, and herself. Her Expressions are her heart to Jesus in her love, and even her fears. She lives happily with her family in Arkansas and is a servant writer, teacher, and encourager of the Word. April loves to share how wonderful Jesus is.
