Arun Kumar Roy has over four decades of leadership experience and has also held senior positions in diverse manufacturing sectors such as automobile, steel wire rope, steel hot rolling mill, material handling and bus & coach manufacturing companies. As a troubleshooter for technical and management concerns, he has been credited with turning around struggling businesses.

With excellent cross-cultural communication skills and team building capabilities, he had also successfully led his team to start factories – inside and outside India – in Thailand, Yugoslavia and Sri Lanka.

He has published articles in DSIR/CEI journal and the monthly technical magazine Project Management Today. He is the recipient of the prestigious “Vasvik Industrial Research Award 1991, for Mechanical Sciences and Technology” for developing several innovative equipments – for the first time in India.
