Prof.Dr.Subramani Ramakrishnan (Subbu) started his career with IBM in 1997 as an engineering graduate. A gold medalist from IIM Bangalore, with a PhD in ‘crowdsourcing’, he has played various operational and strategic roles. In the last twenty years, he has mentored hundreds of fresh graduates. He is also a regular speaker in student forums, is a part of the Board of Studies at various educational institutions, and he strives to bridge the industry-academia gap.

Vaijayanthi Srinivasaraghavan (Viji), a gold medalist from the University of Madras, has twenty-five years of experience, with companies like The Murugappa Group, National Semiconductors, TIMKEN and IBM. Her work at IBM Corporate Service Corps program was a turning point, and she devoted her personal time mentoring under-privileged students. She leads the Campus Program at IBM and has successfully recruited, trained and launched hundreds of graduates in their first job.
