Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

C. R. Koons is a well-known speaker, teacher and consultant on the practice of mindfulness-based psychotherapy. Koons worked for many years leading a team of experts treating suicidal and self-harming adult and adolescent patients. She has published many academic articles and book chapters and a self-help book on the use of mindfulness to improve mental health. Koons lives and writes in Dixon, New Mexico, a small agricultural village on the Rio Embudo, not far from Taos.
