Jeff's ability to identify and access the strengths and talents of individuals and teams has enabled him to help others clarify vision, devise strategic and tactical solutions, and develop as leaders. Jeff is the owner and head coach for Brilliance Within Coaching, LLC, a full-service business, personal, and executive coaching company. He holds a BS degree in finance from the University of Central Florida, is PMP certified, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation.
