Philip Seldon has been involved with astronomy since he was eight years old and was a leadering force in the astronomical world as a teenager organizing amateur astronomers to observe artificial satellites in the Moonwatch Program. He is the author of nine books ranging from astronomy to wine, classical music, travel and cigars. He published Popular Astronomy magazine in the 1970’s and launched America’s first wine magazine, Vintage in 1971.
