Dierk Hagedorn is instructor for the longsword at Hammaborg, a club for historical fencing in Hamburg.

Christian Henry Tobler is Principal Instructor for the Selohaar Fechtschule, a school for historical fencing, and is the author of several books on German medieval martial arts.
