"Phyllis Boisseau-Whitlow illustratively captures the vulnerability and triumph of the human experience in her analogy of Job and the parallelism of personal experience."(GREGORY M. HOWARD, Pastor of Union Branch Baptist Church and Adjunct Professor of Religious Studies, Virginia Union University) From the AUTHOR: "In this book we look at the life of Job, who suffered much, yet he waited for his change to come. Through his trials, Job never gave up on God. This is the primary objective in each chapter. As the Bible speaks to us, we gain understanding of the Holy Scriptures, apply them to our everyday lives and obey what we have learned. Though the Word will never change, something new may be revealed even if you’ve read the same verse a million times. Above all, my prayer is that in whatever battle you may face, you will trust that God will keep you in the midst of it all. God Bless!"
