Über die Autorinnen und Autoren
Dr. John S. Hutton is a pediatrician at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He has owned and operated the award-winning blue manatee children's bookstore and decafé for more than 12 years, along with its affiliate e-commerce gift site, blue manatee boxes. He is the founder of blue manatee press and author of the Baby Unplugged series and supporting blog, BabyUnplugged.com. His clinical and advocacy focus is the effect of electronic media on children, and reading and play as healthy alternatives. He lives in Ohio with his family.

He is the founder of the blog Baby Unplugged, whose mission is to help keep children screen-free until age three and promote healthy, developmentally stimulating alternatives. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. Andrea Kang is a toy designer and the illustrator of all the books in the Baby Unplugged series. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island.
