Dr. John S. Hutton is a pediatrician at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He has owned and operated the award-winning blue manatee children's bookstore and decafé for more than 12 years, along with its affiliate e-commerce gift site, blue manatee boxes. He is the founder of blue manatee press and author of the Baby Unplugged series and supporting blog, BabyUnplugged.com. His clinical and advocacy focus is the effect of electronic media on children, and reading and play as healthy alternatives. He lives in Ohio with his family.
